Treating you well since 1948 DAVENPORT, Fla., Oct. 6, 2021 — AdventHealth and Bond Clinic are forming an affiliation that will bring greater access to primary care and specialty options to Polk County residents, with a common goal of providing whole-person care that is easy-to-navigate and convenient for all patients.
Polk County continues to rapidly grow – outpacing both the state and nation with a 20% increase in the past 10 years. Together, AdventHealth and Bond Clinic will recruit dozens of physicians over the next five years in a variety of specialties.

Bond Clinic has been a leader in value-based health care in Polk County for more than 70 years, and today has more than 90 specialty providers in practices that span the county, including in Winter Haven, Lakeland, Davenport and Lake Wales.
AdventHealth in 2019 purchased two hospitals in Polk County, AdventHealth Heart of Florida and AdventHealth Lake Wales; several physician practices, now part of AdventHealth Medical Group; and the AdventHealth Four Corners ER.
AdventHealth was recently named the No. 1 hospital in the Orlando metro area by U.S. News and World Report and Newsweek has named the hospital system as one of the world’s best.
Under the affiliation, AdventHealth and Bond Clinic will coordinate to meet the growing demand for primary care and specialty providers in the Polk market. Together they will develop innovative, value-based care models designed to deliver the highest level of quality care to Polk County residents.
