Treating you well since 1948 Bond Clinic, P.A. recently began experiencing technical difficulties resulting in disruption to certain
computer systems. We are working diligently with third-party specialists and our trusted vendors to investigate the source of this disruption, confirm its impact on our systems, and to restore full functionality as soon as possible. Importantly, we continue to serve our community and remain committed to ensuring access to high-quality medical services for our patients and provider partners as we have for the past 73 years.
As our investigation continues, at this time, no patient information has been compromised. As we have additional information, we will continue to update our patients. Although some services and appointments have been cancelled, Bond Clinic is open, Urgent & Walk-in Care is open and we continue to administer COVID Vaccinations with the Polk County Health Department.
We understand that this has been inconvenient for our patients as well as our team members and we thank you for your patience as we work diligently to restore our systems.
