Standing with one arm behind your back to keep the shoulder down reach up and toward the top back of the head with the other arm and stretch to the side while pulling slightly forward while dropping the chin down. Hold the stretch for 15-20 seconds. If needed repeat the stretch for both sides repeating 5 times on each side.
