Laying on your back hang that leg off the table being cautious not to roll off the side of the table. Pull the leg down behind your back stretching the front of the thigh. By hanging off the side of the table it helps keep the leg back and stretches the front of the thigh. Hold the stretch for 20-30 seconds and repeat three times.
